Return and Resend Policy Our hassle-free return policy allows you to return products by mail within 15 days of receipt. Contact Customer Care Service to return items. Include the order ID along with the reason for the return when you contact us. We will take your information and provide return instructions. Only unopened parcel can be returned! Full drug price will be refunded as soon as we receive the parcel. If you received a damaged package or there is an order discrepancy, please contact our Customer Care Service via Trouble Tickets system on your User account or by e-mail: delivery@tpharmacy.net . Include the order ID along with the reason for the return when you contact us. Toronto Pharmacy will resend the drugs at no charge if your merchandise is defective or damaged. We oblige to resend the drugs at no charge if your parcel has not been delivered in the time specified for your delivery method. Refund Policy The order can be cancelled in a 24-hour time of submitting if it has not been dispatched. The full refund can be issued in a 3-day time of order submitting if you provide us with a reason which is considered to be significant and if the order has not been dispatched or shipped. Store is not responsible for non-delivery of your refund request in a due time, and in consequence of this, your order shipping. For guaranteed contact, please use Trouble Tickets center on User account. Refund can not be issued if the order was shipped. Refund can not be issued if the order has not been delivered due to an incorrect address you have submitted while registering. Chargeback Policy Chargebacks are not welcome, and all disputes can normally be resolved by contacting Customer Care Service of Toronto Pharmacy. In case a chargeback is raised by you in connection with your order, you may be forbidden from reordering from Toronto Pharmacy and any and all affiliated sites. In case a chargeback is raised by you in connection with your order, Toronto Pharmacy will/may: 1. If fraud is suspected, report the case to the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center, together with anti-fraud associations and other third parties. 2. Instigate civil action against you to recover the principal amount, and any and all additional costs and fees, including legal fees.
